It happened that I did not sew or work on my designing ideas for more than a month. In that time I found myself very occupied by reading the fashion books and considering the way in which my intentions could go – I let the ideas to incubate – and they led me to the designs I will present in this and many future posts. The feminine shape, the whole-coloured fabrics, sequins, ribbons or the uniquely decorated material will become the whole, bounded by two simple rules: elegance and simplicity. More than ever, I am inspired by Dior – the ideas he was working on through the early 1950’s – and I tried to release such feelings in the new period of my work.

When it comes to my birthday or the New Year, I am not the happiest one – I usually start to question myself even more intensively have I done enough in the time that passed. Recently, by writing my first novel, I finally confirmed that the ideas I am dealing with now were not mature enough to be fully realized in any other time in the past – and that questioning became less conspicuous.
To be aware of the passions and to guide them in the right direction is one of the importances of life. I am passionate about so many things, that once I even wrote that I would love to stay young and in the fullness of my strength for one hundred years so I can properly realize all of them. If such thing could be possible, I would be even studying astrophysics, because I am so amazed by the luxuriance the Universe has.
