Blueberry chocolate cake

What ingredients to use? 4 eggs, 220 g caster sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, ½ tsp salt, 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, 100 g dark chocolate, 1 dcl olive oil, 1oo g cream flour, ½ tsp baking powder & 125 g blueberries (1 pack).

To decorate: 125 g raspberries (1 pack), icing sugar to sprinkle.

Brigadeiro on my own way

White brigadeiro: 250 ml condensed milk, 50 g unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons coconut flour, 50 g coconut flakes & 100 g rich tea biscuits.

Dark brigadeiro: 250 g condensed milk, 50 g unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder & 150 g rich tea biscuits.

Serving suggestions: coconut flakes, crushed rich tea biscuits, cake sprinkles, peanut & cashew butter, hazelnuts, Maltesers, melted chocolate, Nutella.

My chocolate-raspberry cake

Biscuit: 2 large eggs, 150 g brown sugar, 50 g ground almonds, 3 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon cocoa, 6 tablespoons milk, 110 g coconut oil, 70 g dark chocolate, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 160 g plain flour.

Decoration: appox. 125 g raspberries (1 pack), 2 squares dark chocolate, 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil, 1/2 tablespoon cocoa, 1/2 tablespoon white sugar, ground almonds and icing sugar to sprinkle.
