Which ingredients to use?
For two baking sheets: 70 g ladyfingers, 100 g crystal sugar; 1 tbs salt; 80 g ground walnuts; 200 g plain flour; 100 g margarine; egg.

Step 1 Prepare all ingredients, which means: crush the ladyfingers, grind the walnuts, soften the margarine and beat an egg.
Step 2 In a large bowl place all ingredients, except the egg. Use your hands to create a crumble texture. Add the egg to get the dough. Wrap it in the plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes. In the meantime, place the baking paper on the baking sheets.
Step 3 After the dough is taken out, sift a bit of flour on the working surface, as well on the top of the dough, to roll it (to avoid the stickiness). Use the heart-shaped cookie mould and prepare all the cookies — then put the baking sheets, one by one, to bake in the previously preheated oven on 180°C. Bake approx. 8 minutes or more (to get the crunchiness!).
