Which ingredients to use?

For the cake: 2 large eggs; 140 g crystal sugar; 1 tbs vanilla extract; 100 ml oil; 125 ml milk; 60 g ground walnuts; 220 g plain flour; 2 tsp baking powder.

For the topping: 40 g cream margarine; 80 g cream cheese; 40 g ground sugar.

And this is the result! I called it “Quick spring cake” because it takes only 10 minutes to prepare it, yet the satisfaction is guaranteed!

The preparation

Step 1 Preheat the oven on 180°C. Use bar cake pan and put the baking paper on the bottom. Put eggs, crystal sugar, vanilla extract, oil and milk in a bowl and mix the ingredients very well. Gradually sift in the flour and later the baking powder, continue with mixing and finish with the ground walnuts.

Step 2 Put the cake mixture in a baking pan and bake for approx. 40 minutes: check with the toothpick is it well baked.

Step 3 The topping can be prepared in the meantime. Melt all the ingredients to make a creme and spred on the cake after it gets cold. Then serve!
