The preparation

Step 1 Grind the cashew nuts and sift them in a bowl. The pieces left in the sifter put aside to use as a decoration later on. Sift in the powdered sugar and the coconut flour, add the coconut flakes and stir with a spoon. Prepare the baking tray (optionally 41 × 28 cm in size) by placing the baking paper on it and preheat the oven on 170°C.

Step 2 Melt the coconut oil and add it to the mixture. Stir until well combined.

Step 3 Use a tea spoon as a measure for one piece. Spontaneously grab an amount and place all the pieces in order 5 × 3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until the bites become brownish on the edges.

Step 4 When the trays are taken out, melt the chocolate and decorate the bites with it; use the left pieces of cashew nuts to stick with it. Before serving, sprinkle them with the powdered sugar. My bites are gone already!
