What to use? 250 g oats, 2 eggs, 60 g coconut flakes, 80 g white sugar, 80 g petit beurre biscuits, 80 g coconut oil and 2 tablespoons honey (optionally add three squares of dark chocolate).

And this is the result! It is way too easy to prepare them, but these biscuits have such a great potential to become your favourite. As a proof for that statement can be the fact that my friends ate them in a day – and two of them asked for the recipe.

The preparation. Place oats, eggs, coconut flakes and sugar in a big bowl and use your hands to mix them very well. Crush the petit beurre biscuits with a roller, mix them in, then melt the coconut oil, add it to the mixture and finish it with honey (at that stage optionally add the dark chocolate, chopped).

Make the shape of the biscuits and place them on the baking paper. The mixture gives approximately 30 biscuits. Bake them up to 15 minutes in the previously preheated oven on 180°C. Enjoy!
