What ingredients to use? 3 large eggs, 1 dl olive oil, 1 tsp vanilla sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 200 g caster sugar, 40 g unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons honey, 60 g dark chocolate, 60 g plain flour and 1/2 tsp baking powder; 2 squares of dark chocolate melted with a bit of coconut fat and the icing sugar to sprinkle.
The steps of preparation. Use an egg beater to mix the following ingredients: eggs, olive oil, vanilla sugar, salt, caster sugar and cocoa powder. Use a bit of olive oil to melt the dark chocolate and add it to the mixture alongside with honey. Plain flour and the baking powder come the last.
Use a smaller square cake mould for baking it in the previously preheated oven on 180ºC for 20 minutes. After the cake is taken out and left to get cold, decorate it with the melted dark chocolate and sprinkle it with the icing sugar before serving. I am sure you will love it!
