Which ingredients to use? 3 large eggs, 200 g caster sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar, 1 dl olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 40 g unsweetened cocoa powder, 60 g dark chocolate, 2 tablespoons honey, 60 g plain flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder and a handful of dried cranberries.; a bit of melted dark chocolate, chopped nuts and the ground sugar to sprinkle.

The steps of preparation. Use a mixer and start with eggs, then gradually add the following ingredients: caster sugar, vanilla sugar, olive oil, salt and cocoa powder. Take a a bit of olive oil to melt the dark chocolate (add two-three squares extra to use it after the cake is baked) and add it to the mixture alongside with honey. Plain flour and the baking powder come the last. In the fully prepared mixture add a handful of cranberries and mix them in with a spoon.
Use a smaller square cake mould, grease it and put the mixture for baking in the previously preheated oven on 180ºC for 20 minutes. After the cake is taken out and left to get cold, decorate it with a bit of melted chocolate, chopped nuts and sprinkle it with the ground sugar.
