What to use? 1 large egg, 40 g brown sugar, 130 g blanched almonds, 2 tablespoons ground almonds, a handful of walnuts and 1 tablespoon honey.
How to prepare? Mix the egg and the sugar in a bowl. Chop the walnuts and mix them in with the rest of the ingredients. Place the mixture on the baking paper and use a square mould for baking. Bake it for 15 minutes on 180ºC. Before serving, sprinkle it with the icing sugar. Bon appétit!
