What to use: 1 egg, 110 g brown sugar, 60 g coconut flakes, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 50 g coconut oil, 60 g dark chocolate and 120 g oats.

The preparation
Use the big bowl to mix the ingredients, starting with egg and brown sugar. Before you use the egg beater, add to it two spoons of hot water. Next come coconut flakes, corn flour and a bit of vanilla extract. Melt the coconut oil and leave it beside for a while whilst chopping the pieces of dark chocolate. Later mix them in and use the hands after adding oats.
Use the tablespoon as a measure for one cookie – form it in the shape as shown on the photograph. Place them to bake about 15 minutes in an earlier preheated oven on 150°C.
